A great hen or stag weekend starts with a place of your own, with no one to disturb. Here there are no immediate neighbours: the party is welcome.
The house sleeps up to 14, the ideal size for a hen or stag do of 9, 10 or 12. A kitchen bar for cocktails, a big table for dinner, a home cinema for embarrassing throwbacks, and a hot tub for next-day recovery.
The 6,000 m² enclosed garden with total privacy is perfect for games, mini-olympics and music without stress. One good-neighbour rule: after midnight, keep the volume reasonable out of respect for the village.
About 2h30 from Paris (Bayeux and Caen train stations nearby), the house is easy to reach for a group travelling from different cities. Self check-in via smart lock, even late on Friday night.
