Good to know for 2026-2027: the Bayeux Tapestry museum is closed for renovation until October 2027, and the Tapestry is on display at the British Museum from September 2026 to July 2027. Full details under “Things to see”.

Getting to the house
Paris is about 2h30 away by road. By public transport: the Audrieu halt (Caen-Bayeux line) is three minutes away, Nomad coach 114 stops in the village, and Bayeux and Caen stations provide the national connections. The exact address is shared after booking confirmation.
